We are a provider of domiciliary care in your home. Our staff have specialist skills in supporting autistic adults and adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
We work closely with social workers and clinical teams, including positive behaviour specialists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists. The focus is on recovery, personalisation, and achieving positive outcomes at your pace. Most importantly, we understand what our clients want.
Our clients have numerous success stories. After a period of receiving care and support, many go on to self-manage their own health needs. Ultimately, our clients succeed in reducing—or no longer needing—their care package, as they gain the experience and confidence to live independently.
Our service is a domiciliary care provision for clients who live in their own homes but require additional care and support to assist with daily and/or night tasks, including personal care, household duties, shopping, encouragement, and community access. Our goal is to support clients through transitions involving high or complex health needs, helping them regain their routine so they can maintain independence and quality of life with minimal or no need for future care.
We offer a range of personal and practical care services tailored to individual needs. This is achieved by upholding the standard of care required by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which embraces the fundamental principles of good care practice. Our quality assurance processes—including safe procedures, staff recruitment, training, and appraisals—ensure that care is provided in partnership with service users, their carers, and families, respecting each client’s diverse needs, preferences, and choices.
