Carefully organised services for your specific care needs
Many adults with learning disabilities aspire to live in their own homes. With the right support, this aspiration can become a reality.
Through our care and support, along with the Planning and Positive Relationship Management framework, we help clients achieve their goals and access meaningful, consistent opportunities and experiences.
We understand that adults with recovery, reablement, and resettlement needs can successfully recover through community-based services and the support of highly skilled, caring staff. Our clients lead purposeful and satisfying lives that consider, but are not limited by, their needs or diagnosis. Our recovery approach supports each individual as a whole person, recognising their unique strengths, goals, and aspirations.
We support young care leavers in developing the skills and confidence needed to live independently and succeed in paid work. Aligned with the Care Leavers Strategy, our staff encourage you to be aspirational, empowering you as an adult with equal terms, clear rights, and responsibilities. Our team addresses challenging behaviors openly and fairly to help you achieve transformational change.
A client’s care plan is produced through consultation with each care user, their families and professional teams. Each care plan will include information about the client’s care needs, wishes, preferences and personal goals.

There are aspects of the service that require staff to have specific experience or training in order to ensure they are able to undertake such tasks. Tasks requiring specialist training or experience include for example, assistance with eye or ear drops.
All care staff are required to be assessed as competent before providing the above care duties. Care workers will NOT undertake tasks that require the skills and expertise of clinical professionals.
Our service aims to get you to a point where you no longer need regular input from adult social services or clinical team.
We can achieve this through establishing an effective care plan that meets your social care needs and promotes independence and wellbeing, whilst also ensuring that risks to yourself and others are well managed by you and your health and social care professionals.
